Confidence Building and Youth Leadership Opportunities
Job's Daughters International is a nonprofit leadership organization for girls and young women ages 10–20 that helps members develop confidence, leadership skills, public speaking abilities, and lifelong friendships. Through fun activities, community service, ceremonies, travel opportunities, and hands-on leadership experiences, members learn valuable life skills while building character and making a positive difference in their communities. Bethel No. 5 proudly welcomes families from across the Quad Cities and provides a supportive environment where every girl is encouraged to grow into her best self.

Members enjoy a wide variety of experiences throughout the year, including leadership workshops, community service projects, social events, fundraisers, competitions, and opportunities to serve in elected and appointed offices. They develop organizational and communication skills by planning events, working together as a team, speaking before groups, and supporting charitable causes such as the HIKE Fund, which provides hearing devices for children in need. Every activity is designed to help girls discover their strengths while having fun and creating lasting memories.

Families appreciate Job's Daughters because it offers much more than an extracurricular activity—it provides a welcoming community where girls build confidence, form meaningful friendships, and are mentored by caring adult volunteers. Parents are encouraged to be involved, creating opportunities for families to serve, celebrate achievements, and make memories together. Many members say the friendships and leadership skills they gain last well beyond their years in the organization.
